University Centre Bishop Burton is hiring a Lecturer in Equine to deliver high-quality teaching across degree-level provision and assess student progress. You will contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance, supporting graduates entering the equine sector.

37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic and industry-experienced individual to join our Higher Education team as aLecturer in Equine.
You will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across our degree-level provision, supporting students to achieve positive outcomes and progress into graduate employment within the equine sector. You will contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum, participate in quality assurance processes, and play an active role in maintaining an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
You will hold a degree in an equine-related discipline and have relevant industry experience. A teaching qualification is desirable; however, if you do not currently hold one, the College will fully support you in gaining an appropriate teaching qualification.
Ideally, you will also hold a Level 3 (or higher) vocational qualification in an equine-related discipline. If you do not currently hold this qualification but have the relevant industry experience, we will support you to achieve it during your first year of employment.
