Qualifications

• PhD in civil engineering hydrodynamics or equivalent with outstanding research output.
• Ability to lecture large classes and supervise Masters/undergraduate projects.
• Commitment to inclusive and safe teaching and research practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop internationally excellent research in civil engineering hydrodynamics.
• Deliver and develop teaching on hydrodynamics and computational engineering.
• Supervise postgraduate researchers and publish in high‑impact journals.
• Engage with industry and international collaborators; contribute to service duties.
