Job summary

Bath College is seeking a dedicated Electrical Lecturer to work with the Apprenticeship Team Leader and Head of Apprenticeships to deliver high-quality Electrical provision, including classroom and workshop theory and practical teaching. This role includes onsite assessments and reviews of apprentices, and aligns with Bath College's commitment to inclusive education and broad learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Delivery of Electrical theory and practical teaching to apprentices.
• Conduct classroom and workshop sessions and supervise on-site assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Electrical provision to apprentices in classrooms and workshops.
• Lead onsite employer-based assessments and reviews with apprentices.
• Collaborate with Apprenticeship Team Leader and Head of Apprenticeships to meet Bath College quality expectations.

Job description

• Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
• Unqualified Lecturer Salary (P25-P27 £30,348.15 - £32,186.70)
• Qualified Lecturer Salary L5 and above (P27-P35 £32,186.70 - £40,015.50)

Key Purpose - To work with the Apprenticeship Team Leader and Head of Apprenticeships to deliver a high-quality Electrical provision including classroom/workshop theory and practical teaching. This role will include onsite (employer based) assessments and reviews of apprentices, that meets with Bath College quality expectations.
