Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus required.
• Ability to follow patterns, specifications and standard work.
• Good teamwork and safety-minded approach appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurately cut leather, hides and synthetic components following patterns and specs.
• Inspect and prepare materials, assess quality and optimise layouts.
• Maintain production quality, complete in-process checks and meet daily targets.
• Operate and maintain cutting equipment safely and report issues promptly.
