Job summary

Dr. Martens is seeking a Logistics Administrator for the Made in England factory. You will support the efficient flow of materials, coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, and maintain accurate records to ensure on-time delivery and inventory integrity.

The role reports to Senior Purchaser & Planner and involves collaboration across planning, purchasing, and production teams. You'll contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes, ensure compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

Experience in logistics, transport, warehouse administration or supply chain support.
Good understanding of inventory movements, goods receipt and transport admin.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound deliveries of raw materials to support uninterrupted factory operations.
Coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods with accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory movement and shipment records in relevant systems.
Create and manage logistics documentation including delivery notes and transport bookings.
Monitor deliveries and escalate delays or service issues to stakeholders.
Liaise with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and internal teams for efficient goods movement.
Support production, purchasing and planning with logistics administration and data requirements.
Investigate delivery discrepancies and stock-related issues to resolve them.
