Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound deliveries of raw materials to support uninterrupted factory operations.
• Coordinate outbound shipments of finished goods with timely dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and shipment records.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation (delivery notes, transport bookings, customs docs).
• Monitor deliveries and escalate delays or issues to stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams for smooth flow.
• Support production, purchasing and planning with logistics data.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies and stock movement questions.
• Ensure records are completed accurately to support inventory integrity.
• Support stock reconciliation and inventory management processes.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and health and safety.
• Produce routine logistics reports to inform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to simplify administrative processes and improve logistics efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics, planning and supply chain operations.
