Qualifications

• Experience in billing, accounts payable & receivable and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to leverage Microsoft Copilot and/or other approved AI tools to improve productivity, analyse operational data, streamline investigations, and support decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash Management: Monitor daily cash positions and funding requirements.
• Leasing accounts: Daily monitoring, posting cash into system of records and General Ledger via Manual Journal Entry.
• Prepare and process monthly direct debit collections files.
• Reconciliations: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly General Ledger reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions within SLAs.
• Escalate ageing breaks and high-risk items appropriately.
• Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
• Billing & Invoice Management: Generate, validate, and process customer billing and invoicing per contracts and SLAs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
