Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative for a Build to Rent development in Leeds. This on-site role combines customer service, lettings and property operations, supporting residents from first enquiry and viewing through to moving in and daily life within the development.

The role reports to the General Manager and covers resident journey, lettings administration and day-to-day operation of the development.

Qualifications

• Experience in property lettings or residential environment.
• Strong customer relationship skills and attention to detail.
• Good organisation and administration abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries from current and prospective residents by phone, letter and in person.
• Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective residents.
• Support resident applications, tenancy contracts and renewals.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs and move-in/move-out processes.
• Maintain CRM and property management data accurately.
• Support deposit administration, rent collection and council tax communications.
• Provide a welcoming reception experience for residents and visitors.
• Help resolve resident queries and service requests.
