Qualifications

• Experience in property management or build-to-rent operations.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for residents and build relationships.
• Plan and run resident events and manage communications.
• Collaborate with leasing agents on occupancy, pricing and tenancy progressions.
• Coordinate maintenance and manage contractors to completion.
• Monitor health & safety compliance and inspection standards.
