Job Summary

As a Leasing Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You will handle inquiries, assist with leasing procedures, and work closely with leasing teams to ensure smooth operations. Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team focused on customer service and engagement, your rapport-building, communication skills, and positive attitude will be key to achieving leasing goals and maintaining resident satisfaction. A strong leasing background is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage with prospective residents through property tours, inquiries, and promoting amenities.
  2. Drive occupancy by communicating benefits and guiding prospects through applications.
  3. Assist with leasing operations, including processing applications, background checks, and lease preparation.
  4. Coordinate apartment inspections and move-in preparations.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns, and foster a welcoming environment.
  6. Maintain accurate resident records and administrative tasks.
  7. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  8. Stay informed of market trends and competitor properties.
  9. Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
  10. Adapt to operational changes in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle confidential information professionally is essential.
