Venn Group has been approached by a charity and would like to introduce the following position:

Position: Property Acquisition Leasing Manager

Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid role with weekly travel to view properties)

Duration: 3 - 6 months with potential for permanent opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve the charity's housing property procurement requirements for the CAS-2 service, supporting individuals on bail or released from prison under licensed conditions.
• View properties promptly as they become available on the market.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords.
• Respond quickly to secure properties in a time-sensitive manner.
• Negotiate with landlords and ensure properties meet the charity's specifications.
• Finalize lease agreements with landlords.
• Travel across regions as needed.
• Problem-solve and negotiate win-win solutions.
