A leading, global property company is seeking a Leasing Associate to work on a Build-to-Rent development in London. The Leasing Associate is responsible for the letting out and renewals of vacant apartments. Overview:

• Job Title: BTR Leasing Associate
• Salary: Up to £32,000 + commission
• Location: South London

Responsibilities of Leasing Associate include:

• Carry out viewings with prospective residents and following up on appointments accordingly.
• Inspect apartments ahead of move in.
• Complete leasing paperwork and ensure databases are up to date.
• Liaise with residents, providing excellent customer service.
• Handle resident requests and complaints.

The person:

• Professional demeanour.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Willingness to actively participate and contribute to creating a fantastic community.
• Previous experience working in lettings, hospitality, retail or in a customer service role is required.
