Job summary

BCP Council in the United Kingdom is seeking a Leasehold and Right to Buy Support Officer to deliver efficient, customer-focused administrative and support service within the Income & Leasehold Service. You will manage approximately 1,200 leasehold properties and support Right to Buy services.

You will respond to enquiries, ensure timely information, and process Right to Buy applications from receipt to completion, while maintaining records and compliance with statutory timescales.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) or relevant administrative experience.
• Experience delivering effective administrative and customer support services.
• Knowledge of housing, leasehold, service charge or Right to Buy processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional first point of contact for leaseholders, tenants and stakeholders.
• Process Right to Buy applications from receipt to completion, including eligibility checks.
• Maintain accurate leasehold, service charge and Right to Buy records across multiple systems.
• Support administration, calculation and billing of service charges and estate charges.
