Job summary

Aster Group, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking a highly organised Leasehold Technical Coordinator to join our Asset Management team on a six-month contract to support the production of our 30 year plan. You will directly support the Place Investment Manager with data handling and reporting.

Key tasks include maintaining databases, producing reports, raising purchase orders, arranging meetings and minute-taking, and helping develop efficient processes. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths.
• Strong IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, housing or technical services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and customer‑first approach.

Responsibilities

• Inputting and manipulating data, maintaining databases and systems; developing and producing reports as required.
• Keeping PIMSS/ROCC up to date to support forward planning and budgeting.
• Providing administrative support to the Place Investment Manager and wider team; raising purchase orders and sundry payments; organising meetings and minute-taking.
• Contributing to the development of systems and processes that improve team efficiency.
