This is a vital role for the team, where you will be directly supporting the Place Investment Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including passes in English and Maths.
With strong IT skills, you'll be confident using Microsoft Office and database systems. You'll bring previous administrative experience, ideally within property, housing, or technical services, along with excellent written and verbal communication, an ability to work at pace to juggle various tasks, coordination skills and a strong customer-first approach.
Self-motivated and well-organised, you're able to manage your time effectively while supporting a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This is considered a hybrid role enabling you to base yourself from home if you wish. The team do come together for training and working together days so being happy to travel to our offices is a must.
