Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Lease Contracts Executive in London to manage drafting, negotiation and administration of engine and asset leases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with approved templates.

You will liaise with engine owners, airline customers and internal teams to assess commercial risk, secure insurance certificates and complete post-closing actions.

A law degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering lease contracts.
• Experience with aircraft, engine, or rolling stock leases is desirable.
• A Law degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft specific lease contract documents for engine deliveries using approved templates.
• Deal with engine owners, airline customers, suppliers and Rolls-Royce stakeholders to support leases.
• Release engines to airline customers at a commercial level while verifying insurance and legal requirements.
• Complete post-closing actions and administration such as filings and security creation/release.

Its diverse nature requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to multi-task and to prioritise workload, as well as to communicate effectively with customers worldwide. Accuracy and a meticulous eye for detail are essential.The size and structure of the APL organization mean that you will work alongside and communicate with senior team members daily.
