Rolls-Royce is seeking a Lease Contracts Executive in London to manage multi-faceted contract work for engine leasing. You will draft documents, liaise with engine owners, airlines and suppliers, and ensure commercial terms are aligned with risk controls.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritise under tight deadlines, and strong negotiation skills. Collaboration with a global team across the Aether and RRPF functions is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering lease contracts.
• Ability to manage contracts and mitigate commercial risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft lease contract documents for engine deliveries.
• Interact with engine owners, airline customers and Rolls-Royce stakeholders.
• Release engines to airline customers at a commercial level and verify conditions precedent.
• Perform post-closing actions and filings; create and file contracts in IT systems.
• Manage customer insurance certificate renewals.
• Develop and maintain commercial templates, tools and guides for delivery and redelivery.
