Job summary

Cluttons seeks an ambitious Associate/Partner to lead the Landlord and Tenant team in the North of England. You will manage lease events, rent reviews and renewals, provide strategic tenant and landlord advice, and drive business growth while strengthening market presence.

Strong negotiation and client-management skills are essential to deliver value across sectors. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with colleagues on cross-service initiatives, while representing the firm at industry

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified.
• Significant experience in rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears for landlords and tenants.
• Provide strategic landlord and tenant advice across commercial property sectors.
• Lead negotiations and deliver commercially focused outcomes for clients.
• Act as an Expert Witness in rent review disputes and related proceedings.
• Develop client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare professional reports and client presentations.
