Job summary

W Talent are seeking an Associate Director to Director to join their Lease Advisory team in London. The role will play a key part in the business with a clear pathway to Partner and Head of with the growth of the practice.

You will lead negotiations on rent reviews and lease renewals, develop strong landlord and tenant relationships, and support business development across Office, Industrial, Logistics and Healthcare sectors.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with 6+ years of Lease Advisory / Landlord & Tenant experience.
• Strong track record across Office, Industrial & Logistics and Healthcare property sectors.
• Demonstrable expertise in lease negotiations and rental valuation.
• Proven ability to manage major client relationships and generate fees.
• Established market network and business development capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears, lease restructures, break options and lease surrenders.
• Provide strategic advice to maximise rental income, asset value and occupational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain key relationships with landlords, investors, occupiers, healthcare providers and asset managers.
• Deliver market-facing advice supported by detailed rental analysis and market intelligence.
• Work collaboratively with agency, valuation, investment and property management teams.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
• Mentor and develop junior surveyors while supporting team leadership and business strategy.
