Job summary

Bdmlegal is seeking an experienced Landlord and Tenant Solicitor at associate level to support two busy partners on commercial landlord and tenant matters in the UK.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE with strong drafting and advisory skills, and experience in leases, lease management, renewals, variations and licences for landlords and tenants. Flexible working options are available to suit the needs of the role.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and technically capable Landlord and Tenant Solicitor to join our firm at associate level.

The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE and will support two busy partners on a broad range of commercial landlord and tenant matters. The role will include work on commercial leases, lease management, renewals, variations, licences, and related landlord and tenant matters, acting for both landlords and tenants.

This role would suit a solicitor with strong technical skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with senior lawyers while also taking responsibility for their own matters where appropriate. The successful candidate will be confident dealing with clients, managing deadlines, and producing accurate, commercially focused work.

Requirements

Ideally 5+ years’ PQE
