Cluttons LLP in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate/Partner (dependent on experience) to join our Landlord and Tenant team as an experienced lease advisory surveyor. The role leads on rent reviews, lease renewals and related advisory work, while growing the business and strengthening market presence across the North of England.

Formación

• Significant experience in rent review, lease renewal and lease re-gear negotiations.
• Thorough knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and commercial property practice.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to grow business.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears for landlords and tenants.
• Provide strategic landlord and tenant advice across commercial property sectors.
• Lead negotiations and deliver commercially focused outcomes for clients.
• Act as an Expert Witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes.
• Develop client relationships and cross-sell services across the firm.
• Review leases, interpret provisions and support negotiating strategy.
• Prepare reports and client presentations; support marketing and business development.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to professional standards.
