Bdmlegal is seeking an experienced Landlord and Tenant Solicitor at associate level to support two busy partners on commercial landlord and tenant matters in the UK.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE with strong drafting and advisory skills, and experience in leases, lease management, renewals, variations and licences for landlords and tenants. Flexible working options are available to suit the needs of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in landlord and tenant law.
• Strong commercial landlord and tenant experience.
• Experience with commercial leases and lease management.
• Good technical drafting and advisory skills.
• Ability to work with partners and clients.
• Commercial, practical and client-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Support two busy partners on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters.
• Work on commercial leases, lease management, renewals, variations and licences.
• Advise and draft for both landlords and tenants, with attention to deadlines.
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations in a partner-led environment.
