Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Rotherham seeks a Learning Technologist (SEND) to champion accessible learning tech across RNN Group sites. You will guide the use of assistive software/hardware and ensure inclusive design is embedded from the start.

You’ll coach staff, promote inclusion, and lead audits of digital resources to meet WCAG standards while supporting teachers in delivering equitable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Education in special education or digital accessibility or IT.
• Experience supporting SEND learners with assistive tech.
• Knowledge of WCAG and inclusive digital practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support to SEND learners with digital toolkits.
• Design and deliver staff training on inclusive digital practices.
• Advise WCAG compliance for digital platforms and resources.
• Audit curriculum materials to remove digital blockers and adapt for access.
• Lead the classroom implementation of reasonable adjustments.
• Contribute to development of inclusive digital policies.
• Escalate complex accessibility or technical issues to senior staff.
