Job summary

RNN Group in England is seeking a Learning Technologist (SEND) to champion accessible learning across its sites in Rotherham and Worksop. The role focuses on assistive technology, WCAG compliance, and inclusive design to ensure all learners can access the curriculum with confidence.

You will work with the Digital Innovation & AI team, coach staff, audit materials, implement reasonable adjustments, and stay ahead of rapid AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND learners and assistive software.
• Strong WCAG knowledge and digital inclusion.
• FE/HE, training provider, or similar environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to SEND learners with personalised digital toolkits.
• Design and deliver training for teaching and support staff on inclusive digital practices.
• Advise on WCAG compliance for digital platforms and resources.
• Audit curriculum materials to remove digital blockers and improve accessibility.
• Lead classroom implementation of digital reasonable adjustments.
• Contribute to inclusive digital policies within the Group's AI/digital strategy.
• Escalate complex accessibility or technical issues to senior staff for resolution.
