Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd is seeking a Learning Technologist (SEND) to champion accessibility across RNN Group sites in Rotherham and Worksop. The role is full-time (37 hours/week) with a permanent contract and a salary of £32,515 per year plus benefits.

You will drive inclusive digital practice, lead assistive tech initiatives, and ensure students with SEND can engage with learning technologies by design.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND learners and assistive tech.
• Strong WCAG compliance knowledge.
• Experience in FE/HE or training provision.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to SEND learners with personalised assistive toolkits.
• Design and deliver training for teaching staff on inclusive digital practices.
• Advise on WCAG compliance for digital platforms and resources.
• Audit curriculum materials to remove digital blockers and adapt content.
• Lead the classroom implementation of reasonable adjustments and advocate inclusive practices.
• Contribute to inclusive digital policies and strategy within the group.
• Act as a bridge between students and academic teams for accessibility issues.
