Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Learning Technologist (SEND) to champion accessibility across our digital learning platforms. You will act as the Ethical Compass and Accessibility Lead for the Digital Innovation & AI department, ensuring that assistive tech from AI speech-to-text to immersive environments is inclusive by design.

You will work with the Quality Team and SEND Leads to translate reasonable adjustments into practical digital solutions, train staff on WCAG and inclusive practices, audit

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEND learners and assistive technology
• Strong knowledge of WCAG compliance and digital inclusion
• FE/HE or training provider environment experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on support to SEND learners with personalised digital toolkits
• Design and deliver training for teaching and support staff on inclusive digital practices
• Advise on WCAG compliance for digital platforms and resources
• Audit curriculum materials to remove digital blockers and enable accessibility
• Lead classroom implementations of reasonable adjustments using technology
• Contribute to inclusive digital policies within the AI and Digital Strategy
• Escalate accessibility or technical issues to senior staff for timely resolution
