Job summary

GradBay is seeking a curious, people-focused Learning & Development professional to shape how teams learn and grow for future capabilities. You’ll work with managers across the business to design engaging learning experiences and foster ownership of professional growth, with a strong emphasis on the human side of performance and the impact of AI and new digital tools.

You’ll build and evolve an organisational skills framework, create resources for knowledge sharing, and develop career pathways

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning experiences and collaborating with managers to identify development priorities.
• Ability to develop and maintain career pathways and Personal Development Plans (PDPs).
• Interest in AI, digital tools and new ways of learning to improve capability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging capability requirements and translate them into practical development priorities.
• Own and evolve the organisational skills framework, covering technical and interpersonal capabilities.
• Collaborate with managers to map strengths and aspirations, and design learning resources.
• Develop career pathways and PD plans, embedding development conversations into performance processes.
• Evaluate learning initiatives, gather feedback and continuously improve approaches.
• Manage day-to-day learning operations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
