- Act as a trusted L&D partner to team leads and managers across support functions and business teams.
- Identify operational friction points and capability gaps, translating real world challenges into high impact learning solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to champion continuous learning and a growth mindset across the business.
- Own and elevate the end-to-end onboarding experience to accelerate new hires’ speed to competence and offer a warm, impactful welcome.
- Design and facilitate wider group learning initiatives, interactive workshops, and culture building events that enhance colleague engagement and value alignment.
- Manage and optimise our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and digital learning toolkit to drive high adoption and self-directed learning.
- Track learning analytics, feedback, and performance indicators to measure ROI, evaluate capability growth, and continuously refine our offerings.
