Job summary

Stockport Homes Group is looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Specialist to help shape how our organisation learns, grows and delivers for our customers. This is a varied and practical role focused on designing and delivering learning that builds confidence, capability and performance across our teams, from frontline colleagues to emerging leaders.

You will help ensure colleagues have the knowledge and skills they need to meet regulatory requirements and deliver high-quality,

Qualifications

• Experience across the full learning and development cycle (needs identification, design, delivery and evaluation).
• Ability to design and deliver face-to-face, virtual and digital learning.
• Support talent and leadership development initiatives, including early careers.
• Ability to manage and improve the Learning Management System and use data/feedback to measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning that builds confidence, capability and performance across teams.
• Contribute to early careers programmes including work experience, apprenticeships and graduate opportunities.
• Maintain training needs information and support mandatory/regulatory learning.
• Evaluate impact of learning interventions using data and feedback.
