Job summary

The Football Association (The FA) is recruiting a Digital Systems Developer to shape and enhance its learning platforms across FA Learning. You will guide system functionality, configure resources and manage learners, while collaborating with Learning & Innovation, Digital & Technology, and other teams to deliver the FA Learning Systems Roadmap.

You'll configure the LXP, manage user roles and permissions, and use APIs and automation to improve learner journeys and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and administering enterprise learning platforms (LMS/LXP) and associated digital learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure resources and experiences within the LXP to align with objectives.
• Configure user management including roles, permissions and learner groups.
• Utilise platform functionality to support learner journeys, integrations and personalisation.
• Identify and resolve system issues, escalate complex problems to vendors as needed.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
