Aspire People Limited is seeking an experienced LSA to join an outstanding primary school in Blaenau Gwent. You will support pupils across Key Stage 2, delivering engaging activities and providing targeted assistance to learners who need extra help.

The role requires flexibility to move between year groups and work as part of a caring, collaborative team. The successful candidate will be passionate about inclusive education, capable of giving constructive feedback, and committed to safeguarding

Qualifications

• Experience working within Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6).
• Confident and knowledgeable with the curriculum.
• Ability to mark work and provide constructive feedback.
• Team player who collaborates with staff.
• Passionate about supporting students with additional needs (including SNRB).

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sessions to engage and inspire students.
• Move around the school and work across different year groups as needed.
• Supportive team member contributing to a collaborative environment.
