Job summary

Ormiston Bridge Academy in Fulham is seeking a Learning Support Professional to help learners overcome barriers and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored support in the classroom and beyond, working closely with teaching staff to adapt materials and approaches to meet diverse needs.

The role starts at 8:30am, Monday to Friday, and requires a full clean UK driving license. You will join a supportive, values-led Trust committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with additional needs in classroom settings.
• Ability to adapt learning materials and approaches.
• Willingness to work as part of a team to help learners overcome barriers.

Responsibilities
