Job summary

Ormiston Bridge Academy in Fulham is seeking a Learning Support Professional to help learners overcome barriers and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored support in the classroom and beyond, working closely with teaching staff to adapt materials and approaches to meet diverse needs.

The role starts at 8:30am, Monday to Friday, and requires a full clean UK driving license. You will join a supportive, values-led Trust committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children.

The successful candidate is required to a full clean UK driving license and the role will start at 8.30am Monday to Friday. As a Learning Support Professional at Ormiston Bridge Academy, you will play a vital role in helping learners overcome barriers to their education and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored support within the classroom and beyond, working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials and approaches to meet the diverse needs of our students. By building positive relationships and offering guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies, you will help learners develop confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to engage fully with their education and prepare for future opportunities.

About The Academy

The main provision at Bridge academy is for secondary learner, but we have a primary provision onsite. Our learners are at risk of or have been excluded from mainstream settings.
