Job summary

Ormiston Bridge Academy in Fulham seeks a Learning Support Professional to help learners overcome barriers to their education and reach their full potential. You will provide tailored support within the classroom and beyond, working closely with teaching staff to adapt learning materials to meet diverse needs.

The successful candidate will help learners develop confidence, resilience, and social-emotional skills, aligning with the academy's caring, supportive ethos and values-led approach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting learners with diverse needs.
• Ability to adapt learning materials to meet varied abilities.
• Willing to work a Monday to Friday, 8:30am start, with a full UK driving license.
