Job summary

Randstad Education in the Crawley area is seeking a Learning Associate to support pupils in an 11-18 school. The role involves 1:1 guidance or small groups, helping students access the curriculum and adapt learning to individual needs.

You'll provide pastoral support, monitor progress, and feed back to staff to maximise achievement. Experience with additional needs and safeguarding awareness are advantages.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Using strategies to manage behaviours and meet needs, including supporting speech and language.

Responsibilities
