Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs and managing behaviours.
• Ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs and support speech and language.
• Awareness of safeguarding and SEN policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils in accessing the curriculum.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Work with staff to ensure students achieve their potential; provide pastoral support.
