Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a Learning Associate / Learning Support Assistant to join an inclusive 11-18 school in the Crawley area, with a start as soon as possible. You will support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, both in and out of the classroom to access the curriculum.

You will help pupils access learning at the right level, provide pastoral support, monitor progress, and feed back to staff. Experience with additional needs and strategies to manage behaviours, including speech and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs and using strategies to manage behaviours including speech and language.
• Experience 1:1 or small group support in an educational setting.
• Awareness of Child Safeguarding and SEN policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils to access the curriculum at an appropriate level.
• Provide pastoral support and monitor progress with feedback.
