Job summary

Randstad Education in Crawley area is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs. You will help learners access the curriculum, adapt learning activities, and monitor progress, working closely with teaching staff to ensure student progress.

Ideal candidates will have SEN experience, strong behaviour management, and be committed to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
• Able to communicate with parents and staff.
• Awareness of safeguarding and SEN policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support in lessons.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Monitor progress and feedback to teaching staff.
• Provide pastoral support where needed.
