Zusammenfassung

Inspire Education Group (IEG) is seeking a Learning Support Practitioner to assist students with SEND, working one-to-one or in small groups outside the classroom. You will help students develop independence, set targets and work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support that reflects each learner's needs.

This permanent, term-time-only role offers 23.5 hours per week at £25,771 FTE (pro rata where applicable) with a Stamford location. Closing date: 4 November 2026.

Qualifikationen

• Has experience supporting individuals with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
• Holds a Level 2 qualification in SEND, a Level 3 Learning Support qualification and a Level 3 Preparing to Teach qualification or is willing to work towards.
• Has Level 2 English and maths.
• Can adapt support to meet individual needs and promote independence.
• Is patient, compassionate and confident communicating with people from a range of backgrounds.
• Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and helping every student reach their potential.

About the role

You'll work with students on a one-to-one or small-group basis outside the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop independent strategies and achieve their study programme goals. Working closely with teaching staff, Learning Support Coordinators and other support teams, you'll provide tailored support that reflects each student's individual needs and aspirations.
