Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of SEND strategies (e.g., Just Right, Visuals, structure and routine).
• Ability to work in a team with SENCo and teachers.

• Support children with individualised learning plans and goals.
• Plan fun, creative, engaging activities.
• Work with SENCo and class teachers to support outcomes.
• Dynamically risk assess and manage children’s safety.
• Promote outdoor education and use school grounds for learning.
