Academics is recruiting for a full-time SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Brighton from September. This rewarding role involves providing dedicated one-to‑one support for a child with Special Educational Needs, helping them to engage with learning, build confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the pupil receives the tailored support they need to succeed within the classroom environment.
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or individuals with backgrounds in care, youth work, psychology, or SEN support who are looking to further their experience within education.
