Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with individualised learning plans.
• Understanding of SEND strategies (Just Right, Makaton, Visuals, structure and routine).
• Ability to work collaboratively with SENCo, teachers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support children with individualised learning plans within the classroom.
• Plan and deliver fun, creative, and engaging activities.
• Work within a team with SENCo and class teachers to achieve best outcomes.
• Dynamically assess risks and ensure children's safety.
• Promote outdoor learning and use school grounds for activity.
