Job summary

Bedford College Group in Corby is seeking a Learning Facilitator to join the Foundation and Additional Learning Support department. You will provide study skills support, develop learning resources and assistive technologies, and administer assessments with a focus on progress and inclusive learning.

The role requires Level 3 qualifications with Maths/English GCSEs, strong organisational skills, and the ability to travel between College locations.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 with GCSE/Level 2 Maths and English plus relevant education/training qualifications.
• Experience supporting students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
• Strong communication, administration, and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group study skills support for students.
• Develop and maintain learning resources and assistive technologies.
• Administer, mark and invigilate assessments and monitor progress.
• Maintain student records and collaborate with curriculum staff.
• Support safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety duties.
