Job summary

The Bedford College Group is seeking a Learning Facilitator to join our Foundation Additional Learning Support team in Biggleswade. You will deliver tailored support to students with learning difficulties and disabilities, helping them develop literacy, numeracy and independent study skills.

Responsibilities include managing learning resources, assistive technology, and safeguarding duties, while coordinating with curriculum teams to improve services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 standard with GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training with experience supporting learners.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
• Develop, maintain and promote learning resources including assistive technologies to support student success.
• Administer and mark assessments, monitor attendance and progress, maintain student records.
