Job summary

Choice Teachers is seeking a Learning Support Communicator (19+ Provision) to provide tailored 1:1 communication support for an adult learner at the Hemel Hempstead campus. The role is part-time and requires commitment to specified daytime hours.

You will deliver high-quality support across sessions, facilitate engagement and accessibility, and work closely with academic and support staff in a modern further education setting.

• Proven experience in communication support, British Sign Language (BSL) or learning support within education.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with adult learners.
• Reliable and flexible to cover the specified daytime hours.

Job Title: Learning Support Communicator (19+ Provision)

Location: Hemel Hempstead Campus Salary: £25.00 to £35.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: Part-time, Monday & Tuesday 9:15 AM - 3:00 PM, Thursday 9:15 AM - 1:40 PM (15 hours 25 minutes per week)

Contract: Temporary, Ongoing, ASAP start
