Responsibilities

• Support children and young people to engage in learning and school life.
• Promote positive behaviour and independence per support plans.
• Contribute to reviewing and developing each child’s plan.
• Build trusting relationships to develop confidence and life skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and partner agencies.
• Support during classroom activities, transitions and visits.
• Record and report observations, progress and incidents.
• Attend team meetings and safeguarding-related activities.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive environment promoting wellbeing.
