Job summary

Sense Scotland's Learning Hub in Kinning Park, Glasgow, is seeking a Learner Support Worker to assist learners aged 18-21 with complex additional support needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide daily care, support learning activities, and promote independence.

The role focuses on personal care, communication, and enabling learners to engage with their individual learning plans in a warm, safe environment. A proactive, empathetic attitude is essential.

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Ensure appropriate use of petty cash and submit receipts as required.
• Support learners in developing financial management skills.
