Job summary

• Experience or capability to support young people, fostering positive relationships.
• Strong communication and ability to document information clearly for colleagues and management.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles.

Responsibilities

• Support young people in residential houses and in the community through activities.
• Follow and update each child’s care plan, working toward appropriate outcomes.
• Build positive relationships and help young people achieve their goals.
• Communicate with parents and partner agencies to maximise opportunities for young people.
• Attend meetings and contribute to effective team operations.
