Job summary

Career Teachers is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join a Specialist SEN School in Epsom. You will support pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, speech and language difficulties, SEMH, and other learning challenges.

You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, assist with communication and social development, promote independence, and help create a safe, nurturing classroom where every child can thrive.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Role: Full-Time Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) School in Epsom.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding environment, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), Speech and Language Difficulties, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and associated learning difficulties.

About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
• Assist students with their learning, communication, and social development.

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one (cost £59.50).
