Sandwich Infant is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential. You will work with teachers to support individual students and small groups, promoting inclusive practice and positive behaviour.
We value patience, adaptability and a genuine desire to help young learners. DBS checks are required, and full training will be provided. This role is ideal for graduates seeking classroom experience and a pathway into teaching.
Salary will be paid according to experience on AAT Grade C £- £26,956 - £27,765 (pro-rated to £22,325 - £22,995 actual per annum for 35 hours per week: Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 4:00 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, 38 weeks term time plus 1 week).
